Echo LandingThe median price point representative for the month is at 51 Echo Point Landing in Moultonborough. This 2,912 square foot contemporary was built in 1985 and has three bedrooms with two- and three-quarter baths. The open concept main level has an eat in kitchen with tile floors and an exposed beam wood ceiling that extends into the dining area. There is a first-floor bonus room that provides for that much needed additional sleeping space.  The second floor is dedicated to the master suite and a huge loft area. In the lower level walkout, there are two additional bedrooms and the requisite family room with another wood burning fireplace.  Sliders here lead out to a large ground level patio area. In the lower level walkout, there is another large family room with a stone fireplace and the necessary additional “sleeping spaces” for all the newly acquired friends.
